Quality

We do in house quality inspecting very strictly, and we excute it step by step.

Step 1

Before mass production, we make samples firstly according to order requirement, when samples confirmed, the mass production begins and stick to the quality standard of the confirmed samples.

Step 2

At the first stage of mass production, we mainly get raw materials and do cutting work, we will then inspect color of raw materials, as well as if cutting work is processed as plan.

Step 3

At the middle stage of mass production, starting to make goods out, we inspect the dimention if it is correct and within tolerance, the thickness if it is even and within tolerance, the angle if it is streight, the total color if it looks nice, we will try a packing to get the accurate size of box, which is needed for us to buy the boxes, and to make sure a safe packing at the origin. We also inspect the workmanship, the surface finish, the back and edges finish, if all are in good control.

Step 4

At the last stage of mass production, all goods are finished, we need to inspect all espects mentioned at step 3, not enough, at this stage, we also need to check the box packing if it is good and not or big gap left, if box marks correct if it prints, the crate packing if it is good and the crate size is fit to container size, and if height of the crate foot is big enough for forklift. If any is not good, we re-work till all in good condition to deliver to clients.

Step 5

We also need to inspect the loading, to know there should be not much space left after loading all package; if there is big space left, we will strengthen it by wood or iron wire at our cover.

We repeat all these steps for each shipment to assure the container is in good condition when it reaches to our clients.
